I am Johan, born and raised in The Netherlands. Others have described me as an Energetic, Open, Courageous, and People-oriented individual.

My career, spanning almost 30 years, has been centered around education and sales. It all began when I started as a primary school teacher in the city center of The Hague, providing me with invaluable experience in multicultural environments that has shaped my journey ever since.

Driven by a keen interest in IT Technology, I transitioned into the IT industry and assumed roles as a sales manager. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Finance, Steel, Government, Telecommunications, and High Tech. My approach has always been grounded in open and honest communication with both clients and colleagues.

At Deloitte, I joined Deloitte University EMEA as a Programme Director, tasked with organizing and delivering high-quality learning programs for international Deloitte employees. These programs cover essential topics such as Leadership, Coaching, Self Awareness, Feedback, Cultural Agility, and Sales.

I have had the opportunity to facilitate programs in person across the globe, including Europe, South Africa, United States, and Russia. Additionally, I am proficient in virtual facilitation, leveraging platforms like ZOOM and MS Teams, and have trained numerous colleagues in virtual facilitation skills. The programs I’ve facilitated have consistently received excellent participant evaluation scores.

As a certified ICF coach, I am dedicated to supporting the growth of my team members, participants, and clients. I also offer mentorship and strategic advice on both tactical and operational levels.
